The Real Property Coordinator assists and advises the Board of County Commissioners and other elected officials in real property matters. This position works closely with the Building Operations and Maintenance department in an advisory capacity for improved real property issues. The Coordinator oversees the preparation and/or review and approval of any leases or documents conveying or accepting an interest in County owned lands. The Real Property Coordinator is now located in the Assessor's office. The position is funded through the sale of County owned real property.
